La nostra ospitalità
Casabella-Lago Maggiore concepisce la propria ospitalità come un modo per mettersi in contatto con chi sceglie di venire a trascorrere brevi periodi su questo lago, scambiando impressioni, idee,
interessi, facendo di questi argomento di conversazione. I nostri ospiti, che arrivino nella nostra zona per lavoro, per incontrare parenti od amici, oppure per conoscerne o approfondirne il
territorio, o semplicemente per fare una tranquilla vacanza, sono per noi motivo di grande interesse, ed una occasione da non perdere per metterli a proprio agio nella nostra casa, e nei suoi
dintorni, permettendo loro di confrontarsi con l’ampia gamma di possibilità che la nostra Regione offre loro in ogni direzione. Nella speranza che gli ospiti possano allargare i propri orizzonti
di conoscenza portando con sé bei ricordi, noi metteremo in gioco le nostre capacità d’essere empatici e collaborativi.
Casabella-Lago Maggiore farà certamente di tutto per fornire ai propri ospiti un’ampia carrellata di proposte, se richieste da chi giunge qui per la prima volta, ma anche uno sguardo più
dettagliato per chi intenda approfondire obbiettivi già precedentemente messi a fuoco. Ma saprà anche fornire tutte le piccole informazioni di dettaglio a supporto di necessità quotidiane che
vanno dalla conoscenza di luoghi ove trovare una farmacia, o dove andare a pranzare o cenare nelle vicinanze, o dove recarsi a prendere traghetti o barche a noleggio, il treno o il bus, o negozi
o supermercati per fare acquisti di cibo o altro.
Casabella-Lago Maggiore ha deciso negli ultimi tempi, ed in particolare dopo essere stata chiusa un paio d’anni a causa del Covid-19 (predisponendo per questo misure atte a mantenere sempre
sanificate le zone destinate agli ospiti), di ospitare solo persone adulte (dai 15 anni in su) per mantenere inalterata la quiete che caratterizza l’area residenziale che la circonda, tanto
apprezzata da tutti coloro che già sono stati da noi, e di limitare la presenza di cani al seguito alle sole piccole taglie.
Per la soddisfazione di tutti, abbiamo da tempo deciso di escludere il fumo all’interno dei nostri ambienti, mantenendo la possibilità per gli ospiti di fumare solo all’esterno, in
giardino.
Tutte le numerose pubblicazioni (riviste o libri) presenti nella nostra casa, se interessanti per i nostri ospiti, potranno essere presi in prestito e portati nelle camere per essere letti.
Casabella-Lago Maggiore conceives its hospitality as a way to get in touch with those who choose to come and spend short periods on this lake, exchanging impressions, ideas, interests, making
these topics of conversation. Our guests, who come to our area for work, to meet relatives or friends, or to get to know or learn more about the area, or simply to have a peaceful holiday, are a
source of great interest to us, and an opportunity not to be missed to place them at ease in our house, and in its surroundings, allowing them to engage with the wide range of possibilities that
our Region offers them in every direction. In the hope that guests can broaden their horizons of knowledge by bringing good memories with them, we will put our ability to be empathic and
collaborative into play.
Casabella-Lago Maggiore will certainly do everything to provide its guests with a wide range of proposals, if requested by those arriving here for the first time, but also a more detailed and
in-depth look for those who intend to deepen previously focused objectives. But it will also be able to provide all the little detailed information to support daily needs ranging from knowledge
of places where to find a pharmacy, or where to go for lunch or dinner nearby, or where to go to take ferries or hired boats, the train or the bus, or shops or supermarkets to shop for food or
other.
Casabella-Lago Maggiore has recently decided, and in particular after being closed for a couple of years due to Covid-19 (preparing for this reason measures to always keep the areas intended for
guests sanitized), to host only adults (from 15 years upwards) to maintain the quiet that characterizes the residential area that surrounds it, much appreciated by all those who have already been
with us, and to limit the presence of accompanying dogs to only small sizes.
For everyone's satisfaction, we decided a long time ago to exclude smoking inside our rooms, maintaining the possibility for guests to smoke only outside, in the garden.
All the numerous publications (magazines or books) present in our house, if interesting for our guests, can be borrowed and taken to the rooms to be read.
