Il giardino
IL GIARDINO
Casabella si trova nella “Piana” di Lesa, una zona tranquilla, principalmente residenziale su di un territorio peninsulare pianeggiante, ricco di vegetazione privata, adatto per fare belle passeggiate da una spiaggia all’altra sul Maggiore.
Il giardino della nostra villa non è particolarmente ampio, ma in esso è sempre possibile per i nostri ospiti trovare un proprio spazio nel quale sdraiarsi a leggere o prendere il sole o godersi un momento di pace e tranquillità. Ogni nostra unità fornita agli ospiti è comunque dotata di un proprio piccolo spazio verde privato, a totale disposizione degli stessi anche per pranzare all’aperto in piena privacy, qualora lo si desiderasse.
Il giardino di Casabella è infatti organizzato per dare ai gestori-residenti e agli ospiti la massima indipendenza, oltre a consentire a questi ultimi di parcheggiare la propria auto in un apposito spazio presso il cancello carrabile.
Una alta siepe di Lauroceraso, di Laurus Nobilis e di Cupressocyparis Leylandii circonda tutta l’area, un prato davanti alla villa è oggi costellato di alberature appena messe a dimora (Fagus Purpurea, Acer Platanoides, Acer Saccarinum), mentre alberi e cespugli più maturi sanno già dare piena evidenza di sé (Ciliegio in Fiore, Acer Palmatum Dissectum, Olea Fragrans, Oleandro di diverse colorazioni). L’area di ingresso alla Veranda e la relativa Terrazza (strutture recentemente realizzate per dare la migliore soluzione ai nostri ospiti per fare colazione) è attorniata da cespugli di grande impatto visivo (Azalea, Pittosforo, Cornus Alba, Osmanthus Regalis, Ilex Aquifolium). Qua e là il giardino viene punteggiato di alte Palme a Chamaerops, Magnolia Grandiflora, Stellata e Soulangeana
THE GARDEN
Casabella is located in the “Piana” of Lesa, a quiet, mainly residential, area on a flat peninsular area, rich in private vegetation, suitable for taking beautiful walks from one beach to another on the Maggiore Lake.
The garden of our villa is not particularly large, but in it is always possible for our guests to find their own space in which to lie down to read or sunbathe or enjoy a moment of peace and tranquility. Each of our units provided to guests is however equipped with its own small private green space, at their complete disposal also for dining outdoors in full privacy, should they so wish.
The Casabella garden is in fact organized to give guests their maximum independence, as well as allowing them to park their car in a special space near the driveway gate.
A high hedge of Laurocerasus, Laurus Nobilis and Cupressocyparis Leylandii surrounds the whole area, a lawn in front of the villa is now dotted with newly planted trees (Fagus Purpurea, Acer Platanoides, Acer Saccarinum), while more mature trees and bushes they already know how to give full evidence of themselves (Cherry Blossom, Acer Palmatum Dissectum, Olea Fragrans, Oleander in different colors). The entrance area to the Veranda and its terrace (structures recently built to give our guests the best solution for having breakfast) is surrounded by bushes of great visual impact (Azalea, Pittosforo, Cornus Alba, Osmanthus Regalis, Ilex Aquifolium). Here and there the garden is dotted with tall Palms in Chamaerops, Magnolia Grandiflora, Stellata and Soulangeana.
